Is this only for couples?
No. You can still get a lot of benefits from this even if your spouse is not available to join you! However, couples will get the most from this. If you can get your spouse to join you, that would be great.
Can I get the replay?
Yes! You will have lifetime access to the replay. However, the interactive sessions and some of the activities will not be recorded.
